Recently, the people's Court of Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng, Anhui, sentenced the defendant, Wang Moumou, to the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks, and sentenced him to four years' imprisonment and a fine of 250 thousand yuan. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for the crime of intentional destruction of property, and decided to carry out the fixed-term imprisonment of seven years and six months.

In 2009, Wang Moumou, a 22 year old, registered a shop called "belief basketball" on Taobao. The source of shoes came from counters and discount stores. In 2013, brother Xiao Wang also called the "dream basketball shoes" shop, and the two brothers began to run two Taobao shops together. In the same year, Wang Mou bought a factory product from Nike, Guangdong, from a price of 28 yuan to 75 yuan, without the authorization of Nike, and sold it to a Taobao store at a price of about 68 yuan to 158 yuan.

In December 6, 2016, the public security organs seized Wang Mou and Xiao Wang on the spot in a downtown residential area of Xuancheng. They suspected 6572 counterfeit "Nike" and "Jordan" brand clothing and sports shoes. The court found that during the period from December 19, 2014 to October 2016, the defendant Wang Mou and his brother Xiao Wang (convicted) sold 74 counterfeit "Nike" and "Jordan" brand sportswear to Taobao online shop, and the value of goods sold for less than 74 yuan. Its behavior has constituted the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks. The court made the decision on the legal and discretionary circumstances of sentencing and the performance of penance.
