Kong Xiangjun, one of the company's co owners, signed the equity transfer agreement in September 15, 2019, transferring its 20.53% stake in the group to its son Kong Lingguo after the transfer of shares. Kong Xiangjun and Kong Ling Guo each hold 20.53% of the group. And completed the registration of share transfer in September 19, 2019. The shareholding structure adjustment was carried out within the real control family. After adjustment, the total number of shares held by the real controller and its co operative persons remained 39.28%, and the control rights had not changed materially.
