In October 9, 2019, the 2019 China Cotton Textile Conference and the fifth annual enlargement meeting of the Fifth China Cotton Textile Industry Association were held in Wuhan. At the meeting, Wang Ke, deputy general manager of Jingwei intelligent textile machinery Co., Ltd., took the application and Prospect of intelligent equipment in the cotton textile industry as the topic. From the aspects of the development trend of intelligent manufacturing, the innovation and development of the intelligent spinning solution, the application case analysis of Yu Da Hua project and the future development prospect, the paper analyzed in detail how the intelligent equipment was applied in the cotton textile industry and the future development prospect of intelligent equipment in the cotton textile industry.

Wang Ke first analyzed the development trend of intelligent manufacturing from four aspects. 第一，越來越多的制造企業(yè)通過應(yīng)用軟件、微電子、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息技術(shù)，提升企業(yè)智能化程度，打造高端產(chǎn)品和裝備，占據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)制高點，智能正成為制造業(yè)的關(guān)鍵要素；第二，在同質(zhì)化競爭和供大于求的全球市場環(huán)境下，企業(yè)從生產(chǎn)型制造走向服務(wù)型制造是大勢所趨，產(chǎn)業(yè)模式向“定制化的規(guī)模生產(chǎn)”和“服務(wù)型生產(chǎn)”轉(zhuǎn)變特征明顯；第三，可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為制造業(yè)與自然、社會協(xié)調(diào)的重要主題，創(chuàng)新高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保和可循環(huán)的新型制造工藝和裝備，符合經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的低碳環(huán)保和循環(huán)利用要求；第四，制造大數(shù)據(jù)和平臺成為高附加值增值服務(wù)的重要支撐，大數(shù)據(jù)將有效支撐企業(yè)制造過程優(yōu)化和經(jīng)營管理決策，促進企業(yè)對市場、用戶的精準(zhǔn)供給和企業(yè)間的資源分享利用，從而打造智慧企業(yè)，并為消費者、用戶以及企業(yè)自身創(chuàng)造顯著的增量價值。
