Qi Wenhua said that the textile and garment industry is a traditional competitive industry in Xinxiang and one of the four pillar industries in Xinxiang. The production of viscose filament is ranked first in the world. The output of cotton yarn ranks the second in Henan province. The overall strength of the textile industry ranks third in Henan province. According to the positioning of "big green fiber, Xinhua textile, strong spinning, fine printing and dyeing, making big garments", relying on the leading enterprises such as Bailu chemical fiber and green textile of China Textile Institute, Xinxiang is speeding up the construction of the green fiber professional park with a total area of 10.5 square kilometers.

Liu Sijiang introduced that, as the economic growth pole of the eastern part of Xinxiang, the state-level economic and Technological Development Zone, and the National Green Park, the new development concept was conscientiously implemented through the open area, and consciously integrated into the new strategy of deep integration and the overall development of Dadong District.
