The Jiangsu Lukang culture Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "company") held the twenty-third meeting of the Fourth Board of directors in October 16, 2019. It considered and approved the motion to terminate the company's public offering of Switching Company bond matters and withdraw the application documents. It agreed that the company could terminate the public offering of Switching Company bonds and apply for withdrawal of the relevant application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The details are detailed in the announcement (2019-067). In October 29, 2019, the company received the notice of termination of examination of the CSRC administrative license issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ([2019]318), and the CSRC decided to terminate the examination of the application for the administrative licensing of the company according to the twentieth provisions of the administrative licensing law and the procedures for the implementation of the administrative licensing procedures of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
