It is reported that the project is located in the Daye core area of Daye Town, Cenxi, Cenxi, with a total investment of 2 billion 600 million yuan, including 2 billion yuan in fixed assets investment, about 1000 mu in the planned land area, and 360 thousand square meters in total construction area. The overall plan includes production, trading, energy and recycling economy, integrated logistics and warehousing, personalized supporting services and six major cultural tourism sectors.

After the project is completed and put into production and operation, it is estimated that the annual output value will reach 2 billion 500 million yuan, the annual tax payment will be more than 150 million yuan, and more than 8000 people will be employed. The overall planning of the project is divided into three phases. The plan is to start construction this year and put into operation in the second half of 2020.

Among them: the first phase plan to develop 300 mu, invest about 800 million yuan, mainly construct weaving, printing and dyeing, sewage treatment plant, warehousing and logistics first phase project and related supporting infrastructure; the two phase plan to develop 400 mu, invest about 1 billion 50 million yuan, mainly construct weaving, printing and dyeing and sewage treatment plant, warehousing and logistics two phase project and related supporting infrastructure; three phase plan to develop 300 mu, invest about 750 million yuan, mainly build high-end spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing and related commercial facilities.

The project from negotiation to signing up to breaking through the ground started in 4 months. It fully reflects the new speed and new image of Cenxi's comprehensive docking into the construction of the bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and also reflects the sincerity and determination of the investors.
