Pakistan FCCI Urges The Government To Introduce Preferential Policies For Textile Industry
14日訊 據(jù)中國駐巴基斯坦使館經(jīng)濟商務參贊處消息，巴基斯坦《論壇快報》報道，為提高巴紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力和領(lǐng)導力，費薩拉巴德工商會(FCCI)副主席Zafar提議2019-24年度巴紡織業(yè)政策應側(cè)重促進高附加值產(chǎn)品出口，并做好以下幾方面工作：一是繼續(xù)提高巴營商便利性，降低營商成本;二是提高政府服務能力，提供企業(yè)注冊、社會保障辦理、稅收繳納等一站式服務平臺;三是開展研發(fā)活動，使用補貼信貸機制，鼓勵紡織品出口商生產(chǎn)高附加值產(chǎn)品;四是深入挖掘中小紡織企業(yè)潛力;五是組織開展紡織研究論壇，鼓勵種植轉(zhuǎn)基因棉花品種生產(chǎn)有機棉，在巴建立生產(chǎn)中心提高棉花產(chǎn)量;六是鼓勵國際認可的實驗室在巴成立檢測中心，拓展有害物質(zhì)檢測;七是吸引外資鼓勵設立紡織機械設備合資企業(yè);八是構(gòu)建巴紡織品牌，成立紡織品出口促進中心，增強國際市場知名度等。
