On November 19th, Taobao released today's "Regulations on the regulation of prohibited information on Taobao platforms", explaining the announcement of change notification of the feudal superstitious commodity rules (hereinafter referred to as the "announcement"), and Taobao network will change the relevant provisions of the rules governing the regulation of illegal information on Taobao platforms in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the state.

The announcement shows that the main change point of this rule change is the feudal superstition violation grading system upgraded from B2 to B12. Before adjusting, goods and services that violate public order, good customs and feudal superstition are deducted 2 times B class; if the circumstances are serious, B class 12 points should be deducted each time; if the circumstances are particularly serious, 48 B points should be deducted each time. After adjusting, goods and services that violate public order, good customs and feudal superstition are deducted B class 12 points at a time. If the circumstances are serious, B class 48 points should be deducted each time.

The announcement of the rule change in November 19, 2019 will be effective in November 26, 2019.

In November 14th, Taobao also issued the "Taobao network violation handling node processing and distributors' violation handling rules change notice", adjusting the relevant rules of Taobao market management and violation handling norms. The main change of the rules is to adjust part of the rules governing the handling of irregularities, and to increase the handling rules of irregularities caused by the distribution of goods. The announcement of the rule change in November 14, 2019 will be effective in November 21, 2019.
