In The Three Quarter Of 2019, The Gross Export Volume Of Wool Textile Industry Dropped By 5.5% Compared With The Same Period Last Year.
As of September, gross domestic product exports fell by 5.5% year-on-year, of which 8.8% of exports of raw wool and wool products were year-on-year. The export of cashmere and cashmere products increased by 3.6% over the same period, while the export of blankets and artificial fur increased by 0.8% over the same period last year. Most of the exports of major products have declined.

The export volume of exports to the EU continued to decline rapidly, down by 8.7% compared with the same period last year. The ASEAN region has become the second largest export area for wool products, and exports continued to expand rapidly, up 8.8% over the same period last year. The two export markets of Japan and Hongkong both showed a decline, the amount of which fell by 8.8% and 19.6% over the same period. The export volume of wool textile products to the United States in the first three quarters amounted to US $18.3, an increase of 1.1% over the same period last year, accounting for 19.5% of the total export volume of wool textiles.
