Recently, the Uzbekistan government adopted the "latest measures for further development of cotton and textile production" to take effect.

Accordingly, in 2020, Uzbekistan will reform 14 cotton textile clusters in the remote areas such as the Andijon, the state, the state of the state, the state of the river, the state of the river and the state of Hua La Zi Mo, which will increase the cotton planting area of 18 cotton textile clusters in 8 States. In addition, the government of Uzbekistan will allocate irrigation land for all cotton producers.

Uzbekistan is rich in cotton, known as "platinum country" in Central Asia, and is one of the major cotton producers and exporters in the world. In order to speed up the development of textile industry, Uzbekistan has been creating important opportunities for itself in recent two years. At the end of cotton planting, the country is vigorously promoting cotton cultivation to improve quality and efficiency. On the one hand, we should reduce the non suitable cotton land, so that cotton planting will continue to be concentrated in suitable areas, and the scale and efficiency of cotton planting will be increased. On the other hand, we should tighten up the reservoir and other measures to ensure that cotton is fully irrigated in the growth process to enhance cotton yield and quality. In October 2018, cotton production in Uzbekistan was two times that of traditional farming methods in China.
