Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the company") has received the notice of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's examination of administrative licensing items (No. 192704) issued recently by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "China Securities Regulatory Commission"). The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has conducted a review of the application materials for administrative licensing of the company's approval of the issuance of corporate bonds approved by the Limited by Share Ltd for the issuance of convertible bonds, which is submitted by the CSRC. It is now necessary for the company to make written explanations and explanations on the relevant issues and submit written reply to the administrative licensing department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission within 30 days.

The company and the relevant intermediary organizations will organize written materials according to the above notice, and submit written reply opinions within the prescribed time limit.

The company's public offering can still be subject to the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Switching Company), but there is still uncertainty about whether it can be approved.
