For personal reasons, Mr. Li Yao applied to resign as chairman of the ninth board of directors of the company and chairman of the board of directors of the board of directors. The resignation report takes effect from the date of serving the board of directors of the company. After resigning from the chairmen of the chairman and board of directors of the board of directors, Mr. Li Yao will continue to serve as the board of directors of the company and the board of directors, the remuneration and assessment committee, and the members of the board of auditors.

Up to now, Mr. Li Yao and his subsidiaries have not held shares in the company.

According to the relevant provisions of the company law, the articles of association and the rules for the listing of shares on the stock exchange of Shenzhen, the company will complete the relevant work as soon as possible, in accordance with the statutory procedures, including the election of the new chairman and the adjustment of the special committee of the board of directors. In view of the fact that the electoral work of the new chairman is still subject to the corresponding statutory procedures, Mr. Li Yao is still a legal representative of the company and will continue to perform his duties until the new chairman of the company takes over.
