As a result of the implementation of the reorganization plan, all the property in the property disposal scope stipulated in the property management and price change plan has been disposed of by the company. It is no longer included in the reporting scope of the listed companies. The deputy general manager Shi Lei, Ma Cuifang, Wang Xin, Li Fazhou and Li Lin submitted the written resignation report to the board of directors on 31 December 2019. The above persons have resigned from the listed company's senior managerial positions and the subsidiary company's duties of the listed company due to changes in their work, and no longer remain in the work of the listed companies and their subsidiaries. In accordance with the provisions of the company law and the articles of association, the resignation of the directors and senior executives shall come into force from the board of directors of the company.

Mr. Xu Gang, the supervisor of the company and Mr. Jin Yuehua, the employee supervisor, submitted a resignation report to the board of supervisors of the company on 31 December 2019, and resigned from the company's supervisory board. According to the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the company law and the articles of association, Xu Gang and Jin Yuehua resigned from the company supervisors and resulted in a lower number of members of the board of supervisors than the legal minimum. Therefore, the resignation reports of Mr. Xu Gang and Jin Yuehua will come into force when the new supervisors and workers' congresses are elected by the general meeting of shareholders.

The board of directors expressed heartfelt thanks to Mr. Shi Lei, Ms. Ma Cuifang, Mr. Wang Xin, Mr. Li Fazhou, Mr. Li Lin, Mr. Xu Gang and Mr. Jin Yuehua during their stay in the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the listed companies, and to express their heartfelt thanks for their contributions to the standardized operation and development of the listed companies.

Mr. Shi Lei, Ms. Ma Cuifang, Mr. Wang Xin, Mr. Li Fazhou, Mr. Li Lin, Mr. Xu Gang and Mr. Jin Yuehua did not own shares of the company.

In order to protect the company's standard operation and improve its governance structure, the company will convene the board of directors, the board of supervisors and shareholders' general meeting and the workers' Congress as soon as possible in accordance with the company law, the articles of association and the regulations of the listed company.
