Huamao Shares (000850): Subsidiaries Of Huawei Industry Identified By High-Tech Enterprises
000850.SZ announced that recently, a wholly owned subsidiary, Anqing Huawei industrial cloth Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huawei industry") received the certificate of high-tech enterprise jointly issued by the Anhui provincial science and Technology Department, the Anhui provincial finance department and the State Administration of Taxation Anhui Taxation Bureau. The Huawei industry was confirmed by the Anhui high and new technology enterprise, with the certificate number: GR201934000302.
According to the relevant regulations, after the identification of high-tech enterprises, Huaxin industry will enjoy the state preferential policies related to hi-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (i.e., 2019, 2020 and 2021) from January 1, 2019, and the enterprise income tax will be levied at 15% tax rate. The above preferential tax policies will have a positive impact on the company's profits.
