Timely medical surgical masks, KN95 respirators, disposable anti contact gloves, body gun, hand disinfectant, bacteriostatic hand washing liquid, disinfectant effervescent tablets, bleaching powder essence were sent to the front line; work measures were formulated to guide workers to scientifically and economically use epidemic prevention materials and to purchase them in accordance with the requirements of one month's storage.

China and South Korea's major petrochemical and chemical sales centers have repeatedly communicated with the provincial, municipal governments, maritime, port and shipping departments, and the Ministry of transport's Hubei epidemic working group, which have solved key problems such as the key products vehicles entering and leaving the Wuhan expressway, the trans provincial transport of waterways.

Secondly, strengthen joint command and dispatch, and the two companies set up a joint leadership group to fight the epidemic situation, and they are fully responsible for command and dispatch. All departments take prompt action to implement various work requirements in wartime.

Third, we must arrange production and organize production and factory production. According to the market situation and the epidemic situation, China and South Korea's petrochemicals timely adjust the plant load and production arrangements. Huazhong completes the 5 day factory rolling plan and daily execution plan, and the two sides confirm the factory, inventory and logistics plan one by one for all 23 liquid products.

Finally, we strive to solve the bottleneck problem of solid products production. Under the condition that the trans provincial highway fails, the two sides strive to support the railway sector and achieve more than 75% of the products through the railway. Huazhong is also actively striving for warehousing resources around Wuhan and carrying out the construction of a ship to replace the warehouse.

In order to control the stock of oil products, ease the influence of import and export controlled plants, and maintain the production and operation of the company, in from February 1st to 9th, China and South Korea Petrochemical implemented step by step pressure reduction plan, and the oil refining and chemical load decreased by 40% and 20% respectively, according to the minimum load production.

In terms of production arrangements, the gas products such as liquefied petroleum gas, which are not easy to be stored, are converted into liquid products such as alkylated oils, which can reduce relative safety risks. After shutdown, the device operator enriches the other main devices, increases the frequency of the main device inspections, and strengthens the inspection of key equipment during low load production.

In addition to ensuring the production of products, China and South Korea actively coordinate the supply of anti epidemic materials. On the eve of January 24th, China and South Korea quickly dispatched 8 30 ton flat trailers, 500 kilometers to 200 tons of disinfectants and shipped them from Jianghan oil field to Wuhan overnight.
