It is estimated that the overall progress of resumption will reach a higher level by the end of February and early March.

At present, due to incomplete workers, lack of orders, difficulties in transportation of raw materials and other reasons, the textile enterprises generally do not have a high rate of start-up. Most of the enterprises interviewed are about 50%. It is expected that with the improvement of the epidemic situation and market, the operating rate will gradually increase in March.

3, market orders

Enterprises generally say that the current market recovery is slow, and the epidemic has a certain impact on both short-term and internal demand. Therefore, it is mainly to rush ahead of the year's orders or production to make inventory. Individual new orders are basically old customers' supplementary orders, and they are not yet quoted for new customers, basically waiting for the market to get better.

In the enterprises already started, the epidemic prevention and control should be placed in the important position of the enterprise's daily management without exception. Wear masks and body temperature every day, require employees to wear masks at all times, and strengthen disinfection management in public places such as workshops, workshops, restaurants, etc., and implement strict door card system for foreign vehicles and personnel to prevent them from happening. At the same time, some governments have also interviewed some stimulus measures to encourage enterprises to resume work. For example, in some parts of Jiangsu, tariff reduction is 5%, social security and tax relief measures are being taken. Parts of Hebei and Sichuan provide subsidies to enterprises to hire and send workers to help SMEs overcome difficulties.
