Mutual Textiles (01382): It Is Expected To Further Buy Back No More Than 37 Million 25 Thousand Shares In The Next 9.5 Months.
Mutual textiles (01382) announced that the board intends to repurchase no more than 37 million 25 thousand shares in 9.5 months from March 17, 2020 to December 31, 2020, accounting for 2.56% of the shares issued at the 2019 annual general meeting.
Any share repurchase after the end of the next annual general meeting of the company (repurchase share plan) shall depend on the successful renewal of the share reauthorization at the next annual general meeting. All purchased shares (if any) will be cancelled.
