US trade representative lettlet, April 24th, informed the US Congress that Canada and Mexico had taken the necessary measures to comply with the commitments in the US Mexico Canada agreement (referred to as the Mexico agreement), which will take effect in July 1st.

The office of the United States trade representative said in a statement the following day, after lettse informed the US Congress, the United States became the third country to inform other parties that it had completed the domestic procedures of the Mexico plus agreement. This is the necessary last step for the entry into force of the agreement.
