In 2020, the China Textile Federation actively implemented the "industrial energy saving diagnostic service action plan". Relying on the China Textile Economic Research Center, it will implement energy saving diagnosis for more than 20 textile enterprises, such as Panyu Textile & Dyeing Co., Ltd. and Foshan Shunde Hui Hui Textile Co., Ltd., to help enterprises find energy problems and explore the potential of energy conservation.

The China Textile Federation has set up a special module for energy saving diagnosis in the existing Internet digital platform, the textile industry green development service platform (FAIS system). The textile enterprises fill in the data of the process flow, energy consumption data, general purpose equipment and energy management system through the network, and automatically analyze and compare the data with the enterprise through the platform, and use qualitative and quantitative analysis. Supporting on-site diagnosis work, providing efficient energy saving diagnosis services for enterprises, and putting forward proposals for rationalizing energy saving and transformation, with a view to breaking through geographical restrictions, giving full play to platform advantages and radiation effects, and vigorously improving the energy efficiency and energy saving management level of textile enterprises, and promoting the development of green and high-quality quality in textile industry.
