The purpose of the project is to empower ethnic minority female practitioners, promote women's innovative employment, inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage culture, and help rural revitalization and sustainable development by improving their design, aesthetic and production capabilities.

It is committed to donate RMB 14.85 million to support the implementation of the project within three years. We will promote women's innovation and exploration in Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and women's entrepreneurship in the benefit areas, and help women's public welfare and charity sustainable development.

　　 The project will be officially launched at the Fifth China Textile intangible cultural heritage conference in November 2021. The first phase will go into Guizhou to train Miao women.
