They entered the warehouse to check the daily storage, public inspection and import cotton storage of central reserve cotton. They also held a forum to listen to the progress of relevant work and suggestions, and had an in-depth exchange on how to do a good job in the central reserve cotton delivery and further strengthen the cotton market regulation. Director Wang Jianjun pointed out that at present, the national cotton reserve resources are sufficient and the supply is generally guaranteed. However, the recent domestic cotton price is too high, which has exceeded the capacity of downstream enterprises, and the market risks are accumulating. The state will further strengthen the cotton market regulation and guide the cotton price to return to a reasonable area. At the same time, the central cotton storage company is required to make full use of the central reserve cotton "Ballast stone" role to promote the smooth and orderly operation of the cotton market and the healthy development of the cotton textile industry.
