The meeting deliberated and passed the proposal on purchasing 95% equity of Yinchuan baolvte Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The company plans to acquire 48.03627% and 46.96373% shares of Yinchuan baolvte Biotechnology Co., Ltd. respectively held by the counterparties Cao Jianyi and Jin Jianru in cash.
According to public information, baolvte was established in June 2005, which is a food waste treatment and resource utilization service provider, integrating collection, transportation, disposal and utilization, focusing on providing users with the services of resource-based, energy-saving, harmless treatment and reduction disposal of kitchen waste.
