On July 16, 2024, entrusted by the China Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Machinery Association organized and held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting for the project of "Weaving Layering Winding Pultrusion Compound Forming Automatic Production Line" undertaken by Jiangsu Gaobei Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Donghua University in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province.

　　 The main innovation points of the project of "Automatic Production Line of Braiding Layering Winding Pultrusion Composite Molding" are as follows:

(1) The 3D braiding laying winding pultrusion composite molding process of resin matrix fiber composite components was proposed, and the automatic production line of composite molding was developed, which realized the efficient and green manufacturing of advanced composite components.

(2) A simulation method of 3D braiding laminating winding pultrusion composite process is proposed, and a prediction model of composite component structure performance is established. The process design mode combining simulation prediction and production practice is realized.

(3) The control system of 3D braiding laminating winding pultrusion compound forming production line was developed, and PiDiNet vision detection, yarn vibration suppression and load balancing control algorithms were integrated to achieve real-time collaborative control of the whole production line process.

The experts of the appraisal committee listened to the research work and technical reports, user use reports, novelty search reports, etc. of the project, reviewed the relevant data, inspected the production site, reviewed the main technical indicators, and after inquiry and discussion, they formed the following appraisal opinions: Jiangsu Gaobei Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd The overall technology of the project of "Automatic Production Line of Braiding Layering Winding Pultrusion Composite Forming" undertaken by Donghua University has reached the international advanced level. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the project has passed the appraisal and suggested accelerating its application in the industry.
