另外根據(jù)財稅[2002]208號文,《財政部國家稅務(wù)總局關(guān)于下崗失業(yè)人員再就業(yè)有關(guān)稅收政策問題的通知》的規(guī)定對下崗失業(yè)人員(含國有企業(yè)的下崗職工;國有企業(yè)失業(yè)人員國有企業(yè)關(guān)閉破產(chǎn)需要安置的人員;享受最低生活保障并且失業(yè)一年以上的城鎮(zhèn)其他失業(yè)人員)再就業(yè)的自2003年1月1日起至2005年12月31日止提高營業(yè)稅的起征點:將按期納稅的起征點幅度有現(xiàn)行每月銷售額200-800元提高到1000-5000元;將按次納稅的起征點由現(xiàn)行每次(日)營業(yè)額50元提高到每次(日)營業(yè)額100元.　對于下崗失業(yè)人員從事個體經(jīng)營(除建筑業(yè)、娛樂業(yè)以及廣告業(yè)、桑拿、按摩、網(wǎng)吧、氧吧外)的，自領(lǐng)取稅務(wù)登記證之日起，3年內(nèi)免征營業(yè)稅、城市維護(hù)建設(shè)稅、教育費附加和個人所得稅。

所以: 第一,要免稅的話要求你從事個體經(jīng)營或社區(qū)居民服務(wù)業(yè).免稅期三年.　第二,在03年到05年之內(nèi)根據(jù)你所在地區(qū)的不同營業(yè)稅的起征點是1000-5000元.低于起征點的不納稅.　第三,要是害怕收稅的人騙你就向他索要完稅憑證,就是稅務(wù)局會開給你一張已經(jīng)交納過稅金的統(tǒng)一格式證明.你把證明上的金額和實際交納的稅金核對一下就可以知道.　全國各地的稅收征收辦法有不少差別.我認(rèn)為你們只要交一個定額營業(yè)稅就可以了.因為你們并沒有什么財務(wù)核算.一般一個月交100到300左右是合理的.　國稅征全國銀行,鐵路,保險總公司集中交納的營業(yè)稅,別人告訴你的是沒有根據(jù)的.　2、下崗工家庭創(chuàng)業(yè) 減免稅收三年　為解決下崗失業(yè)人員再就業(yè)，開發(fā)更多的就業(yè)崗位，記者獲悉，南京市有關(guān)部門通過對上海等地創(chuàng)業(yè)和就業(yè)環(huán)境的調(diào)研，今年該市將重點扶持發(fā)展1
