Reporters learned from relevant departments on sixteen th that the Guangdong provincial finance has planned for the first time this year to arrange a special fund of fifty million yuan for the free subsidy of College Students' entrepreneurship, while Guangzhou's entrepreneurial parks and incubation bases indicate that they can provide matching funds of about fifty million yuan.

Wang Kewei, director of the hi tech development and Industrialization Department of Guangdong provincial science and Technology Department, said publicly that the high-tech zones, special industrial bases, technology business incubators and University Science Parks of fourteen prefecture level cities in Guangdong have expressed various support and preferential policies.

A successful project is expected to receive three funds. In addition to the highest level of two hundred thousand yuan funded by the provincial science and technology office, the majority of the cities can provide one to one matching funds after the successful docking.

After completion of registration and entry, relevant departments can also help to apply for the national technology innovation fund for small and medium-sized technology-based SMEs. If successful, the three funds are sufficient to maintain the operation of an entrepreneurial team for several years.

According to the relevant departments, graduates from Guangdong Province who have not yet found jobs since last year are also applying.

There are two points to be noticed in the application conditions: first, there are certain technological innovation projects in Guangdong's state-level or provincial high-tech zones, special industrial bases, science and technology business incubators, and university science and technology parks for technological entrepreneurship and employment. If there are certain conditions, the maximum amount will be two hundred thousand yuan of free subsidy.

The two is the person in charge of the enterprise. It must be a graduate, undergraduate and junior college student who is a full-time college graduate. The time of graduation is not more than two years. The registered capital of the enterprise is not more than five hundred thousand yuan; the number of employees is not more than fifty; the total assets are not more than one million yuan.
