Hu Guiping, a 38 year old woman who is the first shoemaker in Wuhan to be a shoe shop, was originally a woman worker in the two national cotton factory.

In the summer of 1998, she laid a stall in the street after she was laid off.

In August 2000, Hu Guiping founded a "Wuhan Han Huang Yi Shoes Co., Ltd.", and did not receive any fees and free training for the franchisees.

From then on, there were "Han emperors" in the three towns and bustling streets, and each chain store had an annual profit of tens of thousands of yuan.

When Hu Guiping's shoes business is getting bigger and bigger, Wuhan University has sent the newly developed "wear-resistant paste" to her door to support her.

After testing, Hu Guiping immediately signed a "wearable paste" of the national distributor.

In the end of 2000, 64 chain stores were opened in Liaoning, Beijing and Shanghai.

A year later, the "Han imperial" national franchise reached more than 300.

Hu Guiping, who is the "boss" of the industry, admitted that only 10% of the total income was spent in the "Han Emperor" shoemaker store. Most of the income came from other "sideline" services, such as selling insoles, shoe polish, shoes dryer, and machine sticky "wear-resistant paste".

According to Hu Guiping, the "Han Emperor" is already a large company with nearly a thousand chain stores. Its business philosophy has been developed from sole shoe polish and shoe polish agent to "foot care" and diversified products and services.

"The most humble work, the least humble thing, often leads to the greatest goal."

This motto has been hung in Hu Guiping's office.
