There are not many Taiwanese businessmen investing in Northeast China, and fewer Taiwanese businessmen, and Wang Zihan, who comes from Heng Chun, has gone further into the concrete industry regarded as a "male site".

Now, as the president of the Shenyang Association of Taiwanese businessmen, Wang Zi Han not only makes her career sound and colorful, but also uses her concrete in Shenyang's Beijing Olympic Football Hall project.

Wang Zihan, who was originally engaged in auto sales in Taiwan, came to Shenyang, Northeast China's Liaoning Province in an unexpected coincidence in 1995. She unexpectedly entered the concrete industry she was not familiar with.

She recalled: "at that time, I just wanted to help a familiar old Taiwanese businessman to find a buyer who would like to take over the concrete plant. But Chinese buyers saw the factory losing money and took the opportunity to bargain. After that, the old Taiwanese merchants asked me to buy the factory, so I entered the concrete industry."

However, at that time, because of poor management and loss of business, Jianhui concrete factory had just changed to Wang Zi Han's hands, and the employees in the factory had "last time feelings". They usually worked and mixed up their classes, and even someone sold the cement inside the factory for the last vote.

After seeing this situation, Wang Zihan first summoned all employees to show their interests.

After that, she worked hard at herself and got up at 6 o'clock every day, running around the site in person, or even checking around in the middle of the night.

Over time, employees realized that "Taiwan boss is playing the truth" and began to change their attitude towards work.

Of course, Wang Zihan also had a strong time.

In the early days, because of the frequent sale of cement by staff, Wang Zihan conducted a surprise inspection of a construction site and sent the accompanying police officers to the scene to take away the employees involved.

In addition, Wang Zihan also actively opened the customer layer.

In those days, Shenyang's black road was rampant and the official wind was ruined. But Wang Zihan could not give him a red envelope, and won the new building of the Shenyang industrial and commercial bureau for the sake of honesty and flexibility.

Because of the good quality of Jianhui concrete, Shenyang has gradually become the "designated product" of all major buildings in the city.

For example, Shenyang Marriott, Shenyang Sheraton Hotel, Shenyang subway project, Northeastern University Science Park, and even Shenyang's Beijing Olympic soccer hall project are using Jian Hui's concrete.

By the end of 2007, Jianhui had produced about five hundred thousand cubic meters of concrete in the whole year, with a revenue of two hundred million yuan per year, while Wang Zihan led a group of men into the world in the form of women.
