Wei Siyuan said that after the end of the college entrance examination, she applied for four universities in three places in Qingdao, Beijing and Tianjin, but the majors were not Chinese paintings, but dress designs.

"The tuition fees of art students are very high, and my family simply can not afford them, so I chose the fashion design specialty which is relatively good looking for jobs. At that time, I was the first female undergraduate in our village."

When he founded the eagles' business alliance, during the first winter vacation, Wei Siyuan didn't go home for the new year in order to save money. Instead, he chose to stay in Tianjin and found a waiter's job in a restaurant on the food street with a monthly salary of 500 yuan.

When Wei Siyuan started school, the boss tried to keep her: "Wei Wei, I appreciate you very much. Later you can bring some family poor college students to work. Every year in winter and summer vacation, I want all of them."

It is just such a sentence that inspired Wei Siyuan.

Later, Wei Siyuan used her spare time to look for suitable job opportunities. Finally, 6 restaurants agreed to her request, and a total of 120 attendants were recruited.

In the summer, Wei Siyuan posted "free poster for part-time job for poor students" at school, and did not expect to attract more than 240 people to sign up for the job. Finally, 90 people said they could accept the job.

After the sophomore year, the 90 students took the initiative to find Wei Siyuan, and each gave her 30 yuan. He said, "Wei Jie, you have found a job for us. You deserve it."

After taking over two thousand yuan, Wei Siyuan started to think again. "We can take this opportunity to start a student association to help these poor students find jobs."
