When it comes to entrepreneurship, the first response is the project.

Personally, I believe that the core competitiveness of projects is very important, so when I help my friends to advise on entrepreneurship, I usually start by looking for advantages.

I wonder if you have such a feeling. In the process of consuming or using commodities, we find that producers or operators are deficient in certain aspects. We often say that if I do, what will I improve and be more popular in the market.

This is what business operators need to improve, and it is also an advantage that entrepreneurs need to strive for.

How can we look for advantages?

If you have the passion to start a business and haven't decided yet, there may be questions about what expertise you need, what resources you can use, what resources you can use and so on.

The core technology is not necessarily unique technology. For many entrepreneurs, unless you are an expert in some field, it is almost impossible to get the unique technology and find the market blank.

Is that why we should not start a business or start a business?

The answer is clear.

In my opinion, if you really have new technology, you can build core competitiveness. If you don't have breakthrough technology, then you can make use of the combination. The premise is that you can't lag behind the existing market in terms of core technology.

So your strengths in this area are quality, cost, appearance, combination, and so on. If you have the ability to ensure the improvement of the surface process, it will also become your advantage.

But it is not necessarily the core competitiveness.

We have all entered the restaurant, so take it as an example.

What is its core technology?

Chef skills.

That is, the color, aroma and taste of dishes, as well as the number of dishes, and the suitability of dishes.

At the very beginning, we were going to open a restaurant. The chef we could find might only be able to say that it was fine, and it was difficult to achieve first class.

Then, we need to make an essay on taste choices, style combinations and specialty dishes.

My cousin asked me to taste the restaurant when I was going to open the restaurant.

But I found that his chef was very conscientious and cooperative. He would take the initiative to ask, inquire, explore, and feel a progress once.
