The Ministry Of Finance Supports 27 Billion Yuan To Save Energy And Reduce Emissions.
The Ministry of finance has recently said that the Ministry of finance has allocated a special fund of 27 billion yuan for this year's efforts to vigorously support energy conservation and emission reduction.
According to the introduction, the 27 billion yuan special funds include: 7 billion 500 million reward funds for ten major energy conservation projects; 7 billion yuan for the central and western region's urban pipe network construction; 7 billion yuan for the elimination of backward production capacity; 4 billion yuan for the three rivers and three lakes, and 5 billion yuan for the Songhua River basin management incentives, 3 billion 500 million yuan for environmental monitoring capacity building and energy conservation foundation work.
In addition, in addition to the 14 billion 800 million yuan allocated in the central construction investment, in 2008, the central government allocated a total of 41 billion 800 million yuan to support the work of energy conservation and emission reduction.
