Note:

Exhibitors will charge 20% booths if they choose booth and double opening booth.

Exhibitors' Handbook shall be the most important matter for exhibits pportation and agency accommodation.

The membership fee is RMB 500 yuan per person.

Exhibition procedure:

Fill in the booth application form, post the stamp or send it to the organizing committee.

Within the week of applying for the booth, the fee of the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full amount] will be sent to the organizing committee by wire or the booth's order distribution principle: "apply first, pay first, arrange first", the balance will be paid before April 20, 2008, otherwise the organizer will refuse to participate in the exhibition.

After receiving the application form and booth fee, the organizer will send the invoice together with the exhibition manual to the exhibitors.

Exhibitors will drop out after signing up for the exhibition, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Journal and other advertisements:

The journal will be sent to the competent departments and related associations and merchants in the general assembly, and will also be sent to the domestic and foreign industry systems and related units through the organizers.

Exhibitors will be provided with company profiles by mail to the Organizing Committee (within 200 words) for free.
