Recently, the quality supervision department has conducted random sampling of casual clothing for men and women in different shopping malls and supermarkets in our city. The 42 batch of casual clothes was checked and 36 batches were qualified. The pass rate was 85.71%. Some clothes showed serious discrepancies between the quality and the actual quality.
The test results showed that all the 6 batches of unqualified products were unqualified, and 5 batches were not qualified, and the single item failed rate was 83.33%. Among them, the logo of "North Ping" brand produced by Ren Le Le Bei Guan shop is "Ping Ping Yang Shi" brand coat produced by Guangzhou Ping Ping Yang Garments Co., Ltd., and its internal fiber content is identified as: 100% cotton, linen fiber content detection result: polyester 100%; the logo of the Lotus shop at Tang Yanlu shop is the "morning xin" brand leisure jacket produced by Jiaojiang Chen Xin garment factory in Taizhou. The ingredient identification is 100% cotton, and the test result is cotton 72.8% and polyester 27.2%. All of them belong to the serious express quality and the actual quality does not match.
According to the comprehensive inspection results, the quality supervision department believes that the overall quality of casual wear sold in our city is better, especially the quality of casual wear sold in large shopping malls is good, so you can rest assured. The main items of the supervision and inspection are not qualified. Unqualified labels will seriously affect consumers' right choice and use of clothing, and fabric fiber content is not qualified, that is, the identification content of its fabric is not consistent with the actual inspection results, so that the product should have moisture absorption, permeability and poor comfort. In response to these problems, the quality supervision department will carry out related special rectification activities.
