Embroidering Olympic Five Ring Infringement Garment
Recently, Shishi special industrial and commercial institute investigated and dealt with a garment processing enterprise that used the Olympic five ring logo and seized 468 pieces of infringing clothing. With the approaching of the Beijing Olympic Games, the atmosphere of the Olympic Games is getting stronger and stronger, and the relevant Olympic licensed commodities are also selling well. Shishi, a garment processing enterprise, wants to take advantage of this Olympic craze. In May 4th, the Shishi special industrial and commercial office inspected the garment processing factory in Shishi, Huayuan Road, according to the reports of the masses. During the inspection, the law enforcement officers found that the enterprise had embroidered Olympic five ring signs and "Bei Ji 2008 2008" words without authorization of the Olympic permission holders, which violated the exclusive right of the Olympic logo. Thus, the law enforcement officers immediately seized 468 pieces of infringing clothing found at the scene.
According to the owner of the clothing factory, he linked the clothes he made with the Beijing Olympic Games to increase the sales of clothing and earn a profit through the Olympic "Dongfeng", but did not know that this was a violation. The case is still under investigation.
