In the overall technical level, the main control system of foreign air jet looms is generally controlled by 32 computers. Other auxiliary movement systems such as main jet, auxiliary spray, draft nozzle and solenoid valve, such as weft insertion control system, electronic let off and take-up system, and opening system, can be effectively controlled. It can collect, monitor, set up and adjust various process parameters in real time, and has the function of fault diagnosis. Through the Internet, industrial Ethernet and fieldbus, loom remote networking control and management can be realized.

The highest speed of imported air-jet looms can reach 800 R / min at home, and the weft insertion rate exceeds 1500 m / min. The loom has high mechanical and electrical integration and good reliability.

In recent years, the number of imported 15 thousand air-jet looms has been introduced annually, accounting for nearly 85% of China's air-jet loom Market.

Although the introduction of a large number of models, but the number of imports is mainly concentrated in Japan's Tsuda Ko (Tsudakoma) company, Japan TOYOTA (Toyota) and Belgian Picanol (three companies) products; also introduced some of Italy Somet and Germany's Dornier products.
