With the rapid development of science and technology, the modern Olympic Games are no longer purely national athletes who run faster, jump higher and lift more. In China, it was known as the "2008 Olympic Science Conference" (2008 International Convention on Science, Education and Education). Guangzhou won the bid to host the conference and was scheduled to be held at Guangzhou Orient Guest House on August 1, 2008 - 5.

This International Association is also the first four international sports research organizations to jointly hold the Olympic Science Conference.
