German Noyce company recently launched the new optimized screening program series RSFgenius, which made an important breakthrough in synthetic fiber spinning process.

RSFgenius, a fully automatic, constant process filtering system, was optimized through cooperation with the leading fiber manufacturers, and the subsequent processing technology was also improved.

The optimized system makes the effective stop time of all the melts between the filtration systems less than 5 minutes.

By increasing the surface area of the active sieve, the pressure consumption of the system is reduced by 15%.

The system can also monitor and record the melt quality.
