The method of making polyurethane elastic nonwoven fabric by melt blown net is that the thermoplastic polyurethane particles are fed into the screw extruder after vacuum drying, and the polyurethane particles are heated, melted and extruded into melts. When the melt is extruded from the spinneret hole of the die, it is blown by the high pressure hot airflow on both sides of the spinneret hole, the melt is stretched to form superfine filament, and the cooling is condensed on the drum type receiver, and the polyurethane elastic non-woven fabric is formed by self adhesion.

Melt blown web is used to make polyurethane elastic non-woven fabric. This method is characterized by simple equipment, short process flow, low investment, fine fiber structure, loose structure, large surface area, good flexibility, good elasticity and strong comfort. It is widely used in clothing, biomedical materials, corrosion resistant filtration materials, decoration and packaging, and is a promising high value-added product.

The research results of this project provide a method for the manufacture of ultrafine polyurethane elastic nonwoven fabric by using melt blown technology.

The product has wide application prospects in medical, textile and other fields.

For example, disposable baby diapers, female hygiene products, pads for high-end garments, sofa cushions and decorations.

It can be used as medical bandage, gloves, personal protective clothing and so on.
