But there have also been some enterprises and individuals' dishonest behaviors, resulting in the rising number of disputes in garment contracts. At the end of the year, the boss fled more than 10 incidents.

The newly opened website has 170 garment companies applying to join. The website will quote the "red" and "black" list system to disclose the trustworthiness and dishonesty behavior of the enterprise.

Enterprises that cause bad effects due to their dishonest behavior will be truthfully announced on the website and enter the "first level warning" or "two level early warning" according to the circumstances. If the circumstances are particularly serious, they will directly enter the "blacklist" of the website.
