The Interim Measures for the administration of temporary entry and exit goods of the People's Republic of China customs (hereinafter referred to as the "measures") will facilitate the entry and exit exhibitions of our enterprises.

　　據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，2006年至今在溫舉辦的國際性大型展覽達10余次，涉及紡織、服裝、制鞋、機械、皮革、眼鏡、印刷、機電等多個行業(yè)。近年來，溫州市服裝、制鞋、眼鏡、箱包等企業(yè)也紛紛組織產(chǎn)品出境參展。這些展覽品都屬于暫時進出境貨物的范疇，但我市企業(yè)對海關(guān)相關(guān)規(guī)定并不十分了解，不能享受到便利政策?！?/p>

According to introduction, the measures adopted in May 1st are mainly composed of the following three contents: the entry and exit 20 days before filing; the goods consumed and distributed during the exhibition can be duty-free; and the management regulations for the ATA documents are further clarified.

It is worth reminding Wenzhou enterprises that the ATA certificate book is an international customs document for temporary entry of goods. It is simple and convenient to operate, and can replace the customs declaration documents of various countries and avoid import tax and fee guarantee.

At present, some exhibitors and exhibitors in our city have few applications for the certificate. However, with the increasing number and variety of entry and exit exhibits, the way of customs clearance by ATA card should be the trend of development in the future.
