Gaoyou's Judicial Proposal To Strengthen Clothing Industry Standard
Gaoyou, Jiangsu, is a famous town of clothing. The garment industry has become the "four most" industry that attracts the most people, the most rich people, the most financial contribution and the fastest growing speed.
After the start of "big study and big discussion", the court of Gaoyou found that from last year, some potential problems in the clothing industry began to erupt, and the number of civil cases involved in the clothing industry increased sharply, which seriously affected the ecological environment of the industry economy. The Gaoyou court organized special personnel to write more than 10000 words "investigation report on litigation cases involving garment enterprises in Gaoyou", and put forward judicial suggestions for standardizing trade associations, improving industry threshold, strengthening supervision and inspection, and standardizing employment system.
The Gaoyou municipal Party committee and municipal government quickly forwarded the report. Subsequently, the municipal Party committee and municipal government promulgated the "implementation measures for strengthening the management of garment enterprises, promoting integrity construction and promoting the healthy development of the garment industry". Starting from the following four principles of territorial management, administration according to law, strengthening supervision and judicial protection, we have made efforts to build four lines of defense to promote the standardized operation of garment enterprises.
In the first half of this year, the Gaoyou court handled 19 cases involving clothing enterprises, which fell by 60% compared with the same period last year. The total output value of the garment industry increased by 50% over the same period last year. "The Gaoyou courts serve the overall situation in accordance with the law, with clear thinking, clear objectives, key points, careful planning and solid measures." Chen Yang, Secretary of the Gaoyou Municipal Committee, fully affirmed the work of the court.
