According to the different materials of beverage bottles, some of them are crushed into plastic fragments, some of which are melted into plastic blocks and polyester fibers by melting at high temperature. These basic materials can be made into T-shirts, beverage bottles, schoolbags, caps, etc.

The beverage bottle has better plastic material and higher regeneration rate. 6 bottles of beverage can be made into 1 recycled and environment-friendly T-shirts with 85% polyester fiber content.

Abroad, many brands including Adidas and Puma are producing recycled and environmentally-friendly clothing products.

If the beverage bottle is produced, 100 recycled beverage bottles can be made into 80 new beverage bottles after removing the external pollution layer.

Plastic bottles are mostly made of petroleum, and an average of 6 tons of oil can produce 1 tons of plastic bottles.

In addition to saving non renewable fossil resources, the cost of regenerating bottles is 7% cheaper than that of native bottles.
