Zhu Kangwen, vice president of the city Wedding Industry Association, said that wedding spending not only involves wedding planning, clothing, photography, make-up, catering, jewelry, and so on, but also has become a sweet industry chain that affects more than 40 industries, such as household appliances, furniture, tourism, bedding, interior decoration, real estate, automobile, bank insurance and so on.

According to the statistics of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, after 10 years of development, there are more than 100 enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households engaged in wedding industry in the urban area, and thousands of employees are employed.

In recent years, Ningbo has registered more than 60 thousand couples every year on average, spending on average more than 130 thousand yuan per couple, and the total annual wedding spending in Ningbo is 7 billion 800 million yuan.

The head of the city Wedding Industry Association believes that next year will be the 60th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China. And the biggest fertility peak since the founding of the people's Republic of China is that the population born in the middle and later 1980s will enter the age of marriage from 2008 to 2012.

In the future, the wedding market in Ningbo will expand in the meantime, competition will become more and more intense. Next year, the wedding industry in Yongcheng will usher in a new round of reshuffle. In the face of more in-depth integration, the division of labor in all industries will be further refined, and the service level and content will be improved.

"There is a lack of communication and integration between the upstream and downstream businesses of the wedding industry in Ningbo. The service variety is single, which restricts the development of the whole industry. This year's wedding exhibition will build a platform for industry exchange."

Zhou Xueming, deputy director of the Municipal Economic Commission, said that this year's wedding exhibition will cover five major categories, such as wedding products, wedding services, wedding gifts, photo studio supplies, luxury goods and so on. It will host a fashion wedding dress show, fashion make-up fashion exchange and ten best wedding photo studio, ten best wedding wine shops, ten best bridal flats, ten best wedding companies and ten best wedding etiquette. The purpose is to create the wedding industry chain in Ningbo.
