In August 12, 2008, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Chelsea & Scott jointly announced the voluntary recall of China's Sun Smarties children's skirt.

The recalled Sun Smarties children's skirt is peach skin fabric, embroidered with feet, and metal eyelets are attached to the waist and back pockets.

The number is 12 months to 4T.

The product model 1399926HIBI is marked on the reminder label on the back of the belt.

The children's skirt was sold on the www.onestepahead.com website on 1~9 May 2008, with a unit price of $15.

The number of recalled products is about 600.

The reason for the recall is that the lead content of the metal gas eye surface coating on the children's skirt exceeds the standard, violating the federal lead paint standard.

At present, Chelsea & Scott has not received any accident reports.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that consumers immediately withdraw the recalled children's skirts from children and contact Chelsea & Scott for return and full refund or free replacement of other children's skirts.
