Shandong: Sampling Quality Of Garments, 14 Enterprises Failed
According to the notice issued by the Shandong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau on the implementation of the special law enforcement inspection of clothing quality, the Shandong Provincial Bureau of silk inspection carried out a special inspection of clothing quality for some garment production enterprises in the province. A total of 92 garment enterprises in Ji'nan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weifang, Tai'an, Zaozhuang, Dezhou, Linyi and Weihai were inspected. The Bureau sampled 42 batches of products from 29 enterprises. After examination, 16 batches of products from 14 enterprises were identified as substandard products.
It is understood that the substandard products mainly involve Western-style clothes, trousers, casual pants, shirts, knitted underwear (including BRA), children's wear, knitted T-shirts, knitted sweaters and so on. Western style clothes failed 2 batches, 2 pairs of trousers were not qualified, 3 batches of casual pants were not qualified, 1 batches of shirts were not qualified, 3 batches of knitted underwear were not qualified, 2 batches of children's garments failed, 2 knitted T-shirts were not qualified, and knitted sweaters were not qualified 1 batches.
The unqualified indicators include fiber content, pH value, color fastness to washing, size change rate of washing and marking. Among them, 7 batches of fiber content were not qualified; 3 batches of pH value were not qualified; 2 batches of products failed to be qualified; 3 batches of color fastness to wash fastness; 1 batches of washing size change rate.
