據(jù)介紹，為了促進(jìn)東莞地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型，東莞市出臺(tái)了來料加工企業(yè)就地不停產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)三資企業(yè)的政策。根據(jù)“一址兩廠”情況下企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)地點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)品種類、生產(chǎn)工藝流程和質(zhì)量管理體系基本不變的實(shí)際情況，東莞檢驗(yàn)檢疫局制定了上述方案。

The classification management of export wood products / wood furniture production enterprises is assessed within 5 working days, 5 days, and the registration and acceptance cycle is shortened from 20 working days to 5 working days.

In addition, the change of export food packaging record certificate is shortened from 5 working days to 3 working days; on-site inspection and approval of export food hygiene registration is conducted within 3 working days; the export quality license is exempt from on-site assessment, and 3 working days are reported for approval; the import and export battery processing time is changed from Tuesday to Thursday afternoon to Monday and Friday all day, and the processing period is shortened from 5 working days to 4 working days.

In order to simplify the inspection and supervision procedures for light industrial textile products, Dongguan inspection and Quarantine Bureau promised to reduce the frequency of export toy supervision and the proportion of pumping lots on the basis of risk assessment by combining the assessment and the first part filing.

At the same time, we should recognize the product inspection reports of export garment enterprises and footwear manufacturers before pformation, and lighten the burden of enterprises.
