少的未必是好的
如今,不少加盟總部用加盟費(fèi)用少、資金門檻低來吸引加盟者,但上海連鎖商業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的洪關(guān)康提醒說:“投資金額低也并不是意味著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小”。以上海社保局推出的98項(xiàng)特許經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目為例,最少的加盟費(fèi)用僅在萬元左右,但細(xì)究一下不難發(fā)現(xiàn),不少低于5萬的費(fèi)用中,都沒有包括首期房租費(fèi)和裝修費(fèi),而房租費(fèi)與裝修費(fèi)用其實(shí)是開業(yè)費(fèi)用的大頭。
如果單為吸引更多的加盟者而人為降低資金門檻,反而會(huì)加大投資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),聯(lián)華便利就有過這樣的教訓(xùn)。陳銘珍舉例說,聯(lián)華曾推出“投資7萬元,做個(gè)小老板”的方案,的確圓了不少加盟者的“老板夢(mèng)”。但推出后實(shí)戰(zhàn)效能并不好,因?yàn)橐矞?萬元的投資額,門店的面積就只能在10平方米左右,在商品種類和設(shè)備投資上均遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于對(duì)手,造成在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中落于下風(fēng)。在經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的摸索后,聯(lián)華便利已放棄了“7萬元加盟”方案,轉(zhuǎn)而推薦門店面積在50平方米,投資金額在15萬元左右的加盟方案。
考慮到加盟者的承受能力,目前市場(chǎng)上以15萬以上的加盟方案最受歡迎,便利店、洗衣店、沖印店的加盟方案大致都在15萬到20萬之間;諸如餐飲、美容業(yè)的資金門檻更高一些,約在50萬元以上;而像肯德基這樣的超級(jí)品牌的加盟費(fèi)用更是高達(dá)800萬元。“特許經(jīng)營(yíng)不是小打小鬧”,聯(lián)邦興智管理公司的姚予老師認(rèn)為,特許經(jīng)營(yíng)是小投入的觀念有誤,應(yīng)得到投資者的注意。
