In summer hot weather, the footwear products produced by enterprises during normal production processes are pported by container. Because their weight is relatively light, they are often placed on the top of the hull by shipping companies.
During pportation, the highest temperature in the top container can be up to 70 to 80 degrees.
In such a high temperature environment, the glue produced by the normal process is easy to melt, resulting in large quantities of glue, affecting the export settlement of enterprises.
For this reason, the Taicang inspection and quarantine department suggests that enterprises that produce glued shoes should add curing agents to the rubber products of the summer hot season, and take the two rubber brush to ensure the quality of the export products.
