According to the Southern Metropolis Daily, the responsible person of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau will further refine the policy of regional restriction and prohibit the construction of new water pollution projects and chemical projects within the upper reaches of Dongjiang River, the upstream and middle reaches of the Dongguan canal, the three level water source protection areas and the prohibited breeding areas.
