On the 7 th of this month, the Foshan talent strategy research group of the municipal CPPCC launched a special investigation around this issue.

The research group is composed of Cai Heyi, vice chairman of the CPPCC Chairman, Yuan Yihua, Li Xiuping and other leaders and standing committee members, experts and scholars.

In Foshan Creative Industry Park and star Au Optronics Co, the research group held talks with relevant responsible persons and staff representatives, and listened to their opinions and suggestions on Foshan's talent strategy positioning.

"To attract talents and retain talents, the environment is crucial. Foshan should form a favorable environment for public opinion and policy, and create a strong atmosphere for respecting talents."

Cai Heyi said that attracting talents and giving full play to the wisdom and strength of talents will further promote the sound and rapid development of Foshan's economy and promote the scientific development of Foshan.

The Municipal Council will conduct in-depth research to promote Foshan to become a paradise for all kinds of talent officers, and ensure that Foshan will take the lead in the new round of great development.

In May 6th, the research team visited Shunde Polytechnic, the United States and other places.

In the coming month, the research team will also visit five representative enterprises and institutions in the five districts, and invite representatives from the heads of enterprises, doctors, postdoctoral schools, democratic parties and Federation of industry and commerce to gather opinions, suggestions and good experiences and practices, form research reports, analyze and analyze the new situation and tasks faced by our city in the construction of talent team, and put forward the general ideas, policies and measures and breakthroughs for training, absorbing and using excellent talents in the coming period, so as to provide references for Foshan to formulate relevant talents policies.
