In order to encourage enterprises to adjust and optimize their product mix and encourage the development of new products and technologies, such as new technologies reach international level and domestic initiative, each reward is 100 thousand yuan. At the same time, enterprises awarded "contracts and trustworthiness" identified by the provincial industry and Commerce Bureau and enterprises with Fujian brand names are rewarded.

The new policy has also increased the tilt of the tax payers. In the last year, the productive enterprises whose taxes exceed 5 million yuan will be directly included in the core enterprises to enjoy preferential policies.
